Working toward recovery
The Jericho Industries Work Program is a large part of the recovery process.
An essential part of the healing process...
Every day between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., the men work in the community. This helps the men build new skills, grow confidence in skills they already know, serve the community, and develop a schedule and habit of hard work to take with them after they leave the program.
We believe the work program is essential in their healing process as it teaches men how to handle the many demands life like work drama, difficult jobs, and rebuilding family relationships while continuing their own healing. We guide them in how to juggle all of these aspects to prepare them for their future.

REAL LIFE PRACTICE
Working during recovery is a good practice for our men to fight addiction and be responsible. When they return home, they will be able to continue down their road to recovery and provide for their family.
What is earned through our men working as a part of Jericho House Services, lowers the cost of the program for our residents.
Through Jericho House Services, our residents grow as a community. This allows our men to be encouraged and held accountable by people who understand what they are going through.
