It’s Time To Start Healing

We truly believe that the only way to break the cycle of addiction in a life, family, and community is through the miracle-working power of Jesus Christ. At The Jericho House, our goal is to address the whole person- mind, body, and spirit.

How Our Addiction Recovery Program Works

The Jericho House program is based on the Dunklin Model and The Genesis Process relapse prevention curriculum. Our program is 12 months long and is divided into four phases with each phase taking approximately 3 months to complete.

PHASE 1

ORIENTATION

We want men to reflect on the past and where they come from, learning from their past and setting goals for their future.

PHASE 2

REGENERATION

In order for true healing to start, men need to take ownership of their past and take an honest look at where they are in regards to addiction, treatment and relationship with Christ.

PHASE 3

INNER HEALING

Now, it’s time to break the strongholds of addiction and apply what they are learning.

PHASE 4

DICIPLESHIP/TRANSITION

Our goal is that men rebuild relationships as they look forward to their future purpose and develop an effective plan of recovery with accountability.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every day is structured to meet different goals and practices. Each part is pivotal in shaping and guiding men in their recovery journey.

MORNING

We begin each morning by focusing on building the mind and spirit for the day. Through class therapy, ministry, counseling, education, Bible study, praise and worship, and peer review each man focuses on their heart, regeneration, and healing through Christ.

AFTERNOON

During the afternoon, our men work in the community providing services like brush/tree removal, carpentry, painting, and moving. We are passionate about helping men develop a good work ethic and walking along-side them as they deal with work stress, temptations, and relationships.

EVENING

The evening is the perfect time for processing what happened during the day, what they have meditated on, and develop relationships through meetings.

OUR GOAL

First and foremost, we want each resident to find true freedom through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. With this focus, each man can find healing by reflecting on their past, finding their identity, and developing goals for the future. We hope to guide each man on this journey to healing and help repair the broken relationships in each of their lives
